I really miss seeing you and being in a room with you but I’m still here offering you brain deepening sessions to restore and relax you! I’ve pivoted like a sound engineer to bring you quality audio so this works and you know sound healing works with intention right hence the feedback is outstanding and grateful!
New collaborations for tapping/EFT workshops – a great coping tool. Flexible pricing in understanding at this time
Wanting to make a difference that doesn’t depend on a vaccine! Last days to donate to Support for NHS immune boost packs! hundreds have been gratefully received and hundreds are on a waitlist to get help to keep strong in their viral overload.
Below I’ve compiled a list of some helpful resources for you from entertainment to nutrition and parenting resources.
Please please be kind to yourselves – we’ve been grieving and have been traumatised enough by this without allowing sensationalising media to freak you out more pushing you into your primal fear -which loves an excuse to take over. Oh boy is it a leveller isn’t it? It is tough for all whether you’ve lost income/loved ones, or you are working and zoomed out? Feeling cooped up with family or lonely and isolated. The silver lining is less pollution and the kindness / community we’ve noticed.
We are all so easily triggered and there is so much dense consciousness coming up to clear – you may be familiar with the shift, there has been more light the processing time means exhausting and people are waking up. Old patterns you thought you’d dealt with have surfaced – if hugging your inner child isn’t enough I can help you clear these once and for all -yes we can do this on Zoom haven’t you suffered long enough?
It is vital to know how to ground – we’re in our heads on our screens incessantly. Rest your eyes, breathe deep you need oxygen, move your body, shake, dance, spend time in nature daily breathing deeply and freely, watch comedy, learn to meditate, do Yoga, Tai chi etc, honour your feelings, scream into a cushion / punch them / learn to speak up for your needs – “sorry I love you but am zoomed out.” “I need some quiet time.” “I’d really appreciate a call” Our challenge is to keep our perspective on the life and possibility and gratitude certainly helps create a happier new chapter doesn’t it?
We will all wobble we’re human I know I did as everything seemed to come crashing down around me early on. I love Dr John Martini’s advice He talks about living congruently with highest values best for our immunity and blessings in crisis. What is the highest priority action you can take/ food you can eat? Company you can keep? What is your high priority re consumption? Check your facts whose agenda are you buying as real? What is the blessing in this crisis for you? How is this time helping you? This can build your resilience.
We are what we consume- Make it Good:-
